1. Purchase of Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1\tOrders must reach the minimum order value of \u00a3250. (excluding VAT) Minimum packs sizes apply to each product in each range. <\/p>\n

1.2\tBack orders over \u00a375 (excluding VAT) will remain on the order and shipped when available unless cancelled by the customer. There will be no carriage charge on backorder shipping.<\/p>\n

1.3\tBack orders under \u00a375 (excluding VAT) will be cancelled. <\/p>\n

1.4\tStock ordered is on a firm sale basis unless agreed by Portico Designs Ltd.
\n <\/p>\n

2. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1\tAll UK mainland orders that exceed \u00a3250 (excluding VAT) will receive delivery, free of charge.<\/p>\n

2.2\tAll orders to UK islands including but not limited to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands, the customer shall pay \u00a315 (Excluding VAT) for delivery.<\/p>\n

2.3\tDelivery into the EU \u2013 all orders will be sent with duties unpaid and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Payment of Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

Portico Designs holds retention of title: this title will not pass on any goods until all invoices are paid in full.<\/i><\/p>\n

3.1 Proforma<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1.1\tAll opening orders will be placed on the basis of Proforma Payment unless otherwise agreed. <\/p>\n

3.1.2\tShould the customer request to pay on 30 days invoicing, a new account form must be completed and the customer subject to credit checks.<\/p>\n

3.1.3\tProforma orders will be processed by Portico Designs Ltd and the customer contacted at point of order despatch for payment.
\n <\/p>\n

4. Terms of Credit<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1\tUnless otherwise agreed in writing, Portico Designs Ltd must receive full payment not later than 30 days after the date of invoice and Portico Designs Ltd shall be entitled to recover the price notwithstanding that the property in the Goods has not passed to the Customer.<\/p>\n

4.2\tAll goods are sold on a firm sale basis only; however, they may be credited if they are damaged in transit or short on delivery.<\/p>\n

4.3\tPortico Designs Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per annum above the base rate of National Westminster Bank plc from time to time on accounts unpaid by this time until payment in full is made.<\/p>\n

4.4\tCredit Limits, where applicable, do not override due dates \u2013 payment must be made within the agreed terms even if the credit limit has not been reached.
\n <\/p>\n

5. Price<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1\tThe price for the goods is exclusive of VAT. <\/p>\n

5.2\tPortico Designs reserves the right to increase the Price.
\n <\/p>\n

6. Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.1\tAny claim by the Customer in relation to:<\/p>\n

6.1.1\tdamage to the Goods;<\/p>\n

6.1.2\tshortages in the Goods; or<\/p>\n

6.1.3\tany other discrepancies in relation to the Goods caused in transit shall be notified in writing or by email to Portico Designs within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Location. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer shall safeguard the Goods which are the subject of these clauses (6.1.1 \u2013 6.1.3) until such time as Portico Designs, in its sole discretion, instructs the Customer to return the Goods to Portico Designs, or make the Goods available for collection by Portico Designs, or dispose of the Goods.<\/p>\n

6.2\tIf the Customer does not notify Portico Designs in accordance with clause 6.2, the Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods and Portico Designs shall have no liability for any such damage, and the Customer shall be bound to pay the full amount as if the Goods had been delivered in accordance with the Confirmation Order.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
